Computer Account Application Form

Eligibility

A Duke NetID is REQUIRED for access to a Mathematics Department account.

All regular members of the mathematics department (undergraduate major, graduate student, postdoc, faculty, or staff) are eligible to use Math Department resources. If you are not a regular member of the mathematics department, please contact the faculty or staff member who you are working with and ask that they request a Sponsored Account at https://accounts.oit.duke.edu/sponsor/ for you. Once you have a Sponsored Account, return to this page and apply for access to Mathematics Department resources.

We reserve the right to refuse any application.
