The Red Rocks of Sedona

Like the Grand Canyon, the Oak Creek Canyon and valley around Sedona has a white limestone layer overlying
a red clay-shale layer. The first three pictures were taken in the canyon, where the rocks are all white.
Sedona is famous for its red rock formations, but in places the white overlayer can be seen as well.
