Statewide event to lobby the NC Legislature for additional funding for mental illness, developmental disability, and substance abuse services and for insurance parity

Representative Martha Alexander (Mecklenburg County), sponsor of the parity bill, addresses the rally after inconclusive meeting of the House Insurance Committee.
