Pirates of Penzance

The 1999 production by the Durham Savoyards, Ltd., was The Pirates of Penzance, or The Slave of Duty -- the most popular of the Gilbert and Sullivan operas. The show was performed in Carolina Theater, Durham, NC, April 22-25 and in Thalian Hall, Wilmington, NC, May 1-2.
