I work in algebraic geometry and commutative algebra. Please visit my research page, or for more information and links, see the menu on the left.
I am currently an Assistant Research Professor at Duke University. This spring, I am teaching MATH 105 and MATH 121.
Last year, I was an NSF postdoc at Stockholm University and the Institut Mittag-Leffler under the guidance of Mikael Passare. It is with great sadness that I share that he was involved in a tragic and fatal accident in Oman this past September. He was a wonderful mentor and collaborator, on top of being a kind and generous person. His passing is a great loss.
I graduated from Purdue University in May 2010. My advisor is Uli Walther. If you are a friend and proponent of the Purdue Department of Mathematics, please consider joining the B'Euler Society today!
