- Homework:
- There will be daily homework assignments, which will be due at the beginning of the following Thursday class period.
A certain number of the problems in each assignment (the starred problems)
will be graded and the grades recorded.
Late homeworks will not be accepted.
- Examinations:
- There will be three in-class examinations,
tentatively scheduled as follows:
- 09 February
- 17 March
- 25 April
- Final Exam:
- The final exam will be given according to the registrar's
exam schedule, which is Friday, May 4, 2:00 - 5:00 PM.
- Note: Calculators and/or computers will not be allowed on
exams, or the final.
- Grade to be based on:

- 25% Homework
- 45% Examinations
- 30% Final
