Skiing Trip to Wintergreen, Virginia

The scouts in Troop 412 met early Saturday morning, February 24, to travel to Wintergreen, Virginia on our faithful bus for a day of skiing. We arrived at the resort about 10:30 am, and the boys skied until about 4:30 pm. (Literally! Some forgot to each lunch.) Some boys were experienced skiers and some were skiing for the first time, but they all enjoyed the trip.
Where's my other ski?

In the pictures below you see some boys preparing to take on the beginners slope.
Are you sure I'm supposed to back up the hill? I forgot the directions for this hat. Take me to your leader.

The Woofers discovered that
there are many uses
for tent poles.
Whazzat? Jean-Claude Killy

Was it more fun skiing down the slope or riding the chairlift back up the mountain?
I've been going 'round for an hour. My ski pole is stuck.

...and now for the most unusual sight of the day...
Why, he is the prince's jester.
Can anyone identify this mountain jester?
