MATH MENT♀RING
Do you enjoy learning and doing math? Would you like to get to know other female students who also like math? Then you might be interested in a new mentoring program offered by the Department of Mathematics and the Academic Resource Center at Duke. This program pairs female first-years who declared an interest in mathematics with upperclass women who are pursuing a major or minor in math.

First-year students

Do you think you could sometimes appreciate some peer advice on how to choose classes, professors, summer programs, etc.? As a first-year, you will profit from the experience of your mentor, be it academic, personal, or organizational. There will always be another female student you can approach when you need advice, want to share the most exciting math news, or just want to talk to someone who shares your interests. If you would like to get a mentor, please click here.
